This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work for RabbitQuant. It complements our Terms of Service.
1. Early access is free
RabbitQuant is free during early access. We do not charge you anything and we do not ask for payment details, so there are no payments to refund.
2. If pricing changes
Pricing may change after early access. We will give existing users advance notice of any change and of the prices that apply, and we will never charge you without your explicit authorization.
3. Future paid plans
If we introduce paid plans, their billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown to you before you buy, and we will update this page before any payment is taken.
4. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under consumer protection law, such as the right of withdrawal that applies to consumers in the European Union.
5. Language
This policy is available in English and Spanish. If the versions differ, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
