Questions traders ask before connecting an account
What is RabbitQuant?
RabbitQuant is a performance analytics platform for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 traders. It syncs your closed trades and shows results for each Expert Advisor or strategy, net of commissions and swaps, even when several EAs trade on the same account.
Can RabbitQuant place or close trades on my account?
No. You connect with your investor password, which MetaTrader only allows to view the account. Nobody can trade with it.
What do I need to connect an account?
Your broker’s server, your account login and the account’s investor password. RabbitQuant never asks for your master password.
Which platforms are supported?
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. You pick your broker’s server from the list when you add the account.
How does RabbitQuant know which EA made a trade?
Give each strategy a unique magic number, or a unique and consistent name in its trade comments. RabbitQuant uses them to attribute every trade.
Are commissions and swaps included?
Yes. Every P&L figure is net of commissions and swaps, so you see what a strategy really earned.
Can I connect more than one account?
During early access, each user can connect one MT4 or MT5 trading account from any broker, with unlimited strategies and unlimited history.
Does it track open positions?
Analytics are built from closed trades, so every number reflects realized results.
Which time zone and currency are reports in?
Reports use UTC and USD so results from different brokers line up.
Can I export my results?
Yes. Export a summary and your trade sheets to PDF or Excel.
